Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BattGrade you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using BattGrade on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
BattGrade provides software for issuing and verifying independent battery health certificates. We are a software provider and an independent trust layer, not a government authority, and not a party to any vehicle sale.
3. Accounts & billing
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at purchase; you can change plans at any time, with upgrades prorated and downgrades applied at the next cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to issue fraudulent certificates, or tamper with the integrity of issued certificates. Certificates cannot be altered after issuance.
5. Limitation of liability
BattGrade is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
