On every plan you only pay for certificates you actually issue. Starter has no monthly fee, so you pay €5 per certificate. Pro and Business include a monthly allowance, then a lower per-certificate rate after that.
One issued, signed certificate for one vehicle. Re-sending or re-downloading an existing certificate is always free. A test you don't submit doesn't count.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Yes. Beyond the Business plan's included volume, per-certificate pricing drops with volume. Talk to sales for fleet and enterprise rates.
We bill in EUR, USD or GBP. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT/sales tax, which is added at checkout based on your billing country.
