1. In short

- TOPFED WEB S.R.L., in the Republic of Moldova, runs BattGrade. Contact: [email protected].
- We follow Moldovan Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR.
- We decide how inspector accounts, the public record of certificates, technical reports, website forms and the newsletter are handled. For the customer data that inspectors enter, we act on their behalf under our Data Processing Terms.
- Our database runs on servers in Germany. Our providers are listed on the Sub-processors page.
- Customer data never appears on a certificate's public page or public PDF, and the VIN is shown there with part of it hidden. The inspector's name is shown.
- Technical reports from the app are kept for up to 12 months.
- The website sets no cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
2. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, ask us to restrict its use, object to it, and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy explains each right.
3. Complaints
You can complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md), or to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work.
