1. Who we are

BattGrade is a brand administered and managed by TOPFED WEB S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1026023125543, with its registered office in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

2. This website sets no cookies

The BattGrade website does not place cookies on your device and does not store anything else on it for visitors. That is why it shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Two exceptions are strictly necessary and set nothing for ordinary visits. Our internal administration pages, used only by the people who operate the service, keep a sign-in token in the browser's session storage until the tab is closed. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website, may set a security cookie if it has to check that a visitor is not an automated program.

3. How we count visits without cookies

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which we run on our own server at analytics.buum.md. Plausible Insights OÜ, the company that develops it, receives no data from us. The script sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

For each page view it records the page, the referring site, the browser, the operating system, the device type and the country derived from the IP address. To count unique visitors, it calculates an identifier from the IP address and the browser together with a secret value that changes every day. Neither the IP address nor that identifier is stored, so a visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next or across websites. We use these aggregate statistics, on the basis of our legitimate interests, to know which pages are read.

4. Emails

Emails we send go through Brevo. Brevo records delivery events, such as delivered or bounced, which tell us whether a certificate reached the customer. We do not use email open or click data for marketing or profiling.

5. The mobile app

The app does not use cookies. It keeps on the phone, in its own storage, only what it needs to work: your sign-in session, your language and energy unit, and technical reports waiting to be sent. This is strictly necessary for the service you asked for. When it starts, the app checks for updates with Expo, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. If this changes

If we ever add a cookie or similar technology that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before using it.
