Generic ELM327 adapters under €15 usually only read standard OBD2 emissions data, not battery data. Use an OBDLink MX+, a Vgate vLinker FS, or another confirmed-compatible adapter.
The OBDLink MX+ (black) works on iOS. The OBDLink LX (green) does not.
Some 2024+ vehicles use newer protocols (CAN FD, DoIP) that can require a different adapter. Check the model entry, or contact support.
