The used-EV market had a trust problem. A battery is the most valuable (and most opaque) part of an electric car, and everyone in the chain was guessing. Sellers claimed “great battery.” Buyers had no way to check. Deals stalled on uncertainty.
We started with a simple belief: the data already exists inside every car. The battery management system knows the truth. What was missing was an independent way to read it, normalize it across makes, and turn it into something anyone could verify in a single scan.
Today, inspectors, dealers, leasing companies and marketplaces across 14 countries issue BattGrade certificates the market actually trusts, because the score comes from the cells, not from a sales pitch.
